D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) Returns
Here atOpticshq.com we will take all possible steps to make sure the productsyou receive are in working condition and complete. However if the product should arrive DOA (dead on arrival) youmust report this to us within seventy two (72) hours of receipt and we willgladly expedite an exchange of the product if the following conditions are met:
1. The product was not modified or disassembled in any way as tovoid the warranty.
2. You have contacted us in a timely fashion and were given a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Please keep in mind: We cannot accept physically damaged product. If you notice that the productpackaging is reasonably damaged (enough to believe that the product insidesuffered damage as well), then do not accept it.If you happened to accept the product and it is damaged, you mustreport this to us within 48 hours of receipt, at which point we will assist youin contacting the carrier and invoking the insurance policy.Each incident will be handled on acase by case basis. Opticshq.comwill take all necessary and rational steps to correct the problem dealing with DOA products.
No shipments will be acceptedwithout an RMA number.

Refund Policy.
You have 15 days after product purchase to request a refund.All products that fall outside of the DOA policy are subject to a 15% restocking fee.This fee is charged because all units must be sent back to the factory to beinspected, recalibrated refurbished and repackaged. We advise that you purchase your products with care and consult aOpticshq.com agent if you are not sure of the application or capabilityof your product.

Each refund will be treated on a case by case basis depending on circumstances. Refundsmust be reported to Opticshq.com by email at refunds@Opticshq.com alongwith the invoice number, contact information and member id (ifapplicable).
